But the paper didn’t really arrive at 5 o’clock and one second; only that at your perception of the concept of 5 o’clock and one second your mind acknowledged the existence of the piece of paper or what you believed to be a piece of paper.
Therefore, you can’t definitively state that the piece of paper arrived at 5 o’clock and one second. Well…I guess you could make such a statement, but if you were all alone in the middle of the woods when you were making said statement and no one heard you because you yourself were deaf, would your statement be audible? Or would the trees hear you. Truly, who do we know the trees have no ears…maybe we just don’t know how to detect them!
